Our Story
Our vineyard has been growing quality grapes for winemakers, families, and grape enthusiasts for nearly five decades. Established in 1976, the vineyard has long been part of the Oregon, Wisconsin farming community—a place where agriculture, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the land come together.
In May 2025, the vineyard entered a new chapter when stewardship of the land passed to the Osorio Rocke family. Now operating as Paisa Vines & Wines, our family is honored to continue caring for this historic vineyard—preserving the traditions that have made it special while thoughtfully shaping its future.
Every decision we make—from pruning to harvest—is guided by respect for the land and the long-term health of our vines. Our established vineyard is cared for by hand, from pruning and seasonal maintenance to harvest, allowing us to give these nearly 50-year-old vines the individual attention they deserve.
As we look toward the future, we are also moving toward a more organic, integrated pest management approach—combining thoughtful vineyard practices with responsible stewardship of the land.
Today, Paisa Vines & Wines continues to grow—rooted in nearly five decades of vineyard history and moving forward with purpose. Whether you're here to harvest grapes, make wine, spend a day among the vines, or simply reconnect with a longtime tradition, we look forward to welcoming you to the vineyard.
Join Our Harvest Crew
During September, Paisa Vines & Wines is welcoming a limited number of volunteers to help us harvest on select Tuesdays and Thursdays, by appointment.
As a thank-you for lending a hand, volunteers receive a $15 harvest credit for every hour worked, which can be applied toward their grape purchase.
Space is limited for each harvest day. Fill out the form to let us know you're interested, and we'll be in touch with availability and details.
Come harvest alongside our family and be part of this year's vineyard story. 🍇
